Turn sports audience data into editorial and commercial decisions
Alkhemy connects search demand, audience behaviour, events and video intelligence to show sports organisations where attention is moving, what to create next and how future audience value can be understood.

More data is not the same as better decisions
Sports organisations already have analytics, search data, event calendars and content archives. The problem is that those systems answer separate questions. Alkhemy is designed as the interpretation and decision layer that connects them.
See where demand is building
Identify under-served search demand, emerging audience interests and the moments when attention is likely to peak.
Know what to create next
Turn opportunities into practical content clusters, activation plans, archive reuse and linking instructions.
Use the archive with purpose
Connect audience signals to existing video assets and identify where archive material can support new demand.
Understand the value of attention
Use audience forecasts as the basis for commercial decisions, with programmatic-value benchmarking being developed as the next layer.
Interpret and connect the systems you already use
Alkhemy is not intended to replace Google Analytics, Search Console, Ad Manager or the organisation’s content systems. It connects their evidence and turns it into sports-specific decisions.
Audience behaviour and engagement.
Search performance and first-party search-term evidence.
Upcoming moments, historic peaks and activation windows.
Owned content that can be reused against current demand.
Different questions, one evidence base
Demand you are under-serving
Surface areas where the audience is already searching but the organisation is not capturing enough of that demand.
Interests gaining momentum now
Compare recent search-performance windows to identify fast-rising interests while excluding brand and spam noise.
Upcoming moments to activate around
Bring fixtures and expected audience peaks together with practical activation recommendations.
Persistent archive demand
Find interest that continues between major events, giving older content and video a reason to work harder.
Alkhemy does not stop at “this topic is growing”
A Reach opportunity can become an evidence-led Content Cluster Plan: what hub to improve, what supporting assets to create, which archive material to reuse, which search terms the evidence supports and how the pieces should link together.
Events follow the same product logic through Activation Plans built around the fixture, expected audience response and owned-content opportunities.
NFL appears as an under-served audience opportunity
- Identify the audience/search opportunity.
- Inspect existing owned content.
- Generate a focused publishing plan.
- Recommend supporting pages and archive/video reuse.
- Make the internal linking explicit.
Evidence rule: Alkhemy is designed not to invent search volume, people, teams, relationships or collaborations that are absent from the underlying evidence.
When will attention occur — and how long will it persist?
The Audience Calendar aligns audience acquisition and retained attention with the sporting calendar, helping teams see not only when traffic arrives but whether that audience continues to engage after the initial moment.
Expected audience moments
Place fixtures and known audience events onto the same planning canvas.
Attention after acquisition
Read cohort retention over following weeks rather than treating an event spike as the whole story.
See the year as a sequence
Help editorial and commercial teams work from the same calendar of expected opportunity.
From expected audience to commercial opportunity
The next commercial layer is being developed on the existing Audience Calendar rather than as a separate analytics product.
The intended decision flow is: expected audience → expected programmatic baseline → commercial opportunity → recommended action.
Why this matters
If historic Ad Manager data is available, Alkhemy can use it as an input to estimate the programmatic baseline value of expected future attention. That provides an opportunity-cost benchmark when evaluating sponsorship or commercial propositions.
Current status: the commercial-baseline implementation is in staging and is designed to refuse to fabricate a forecast when there is insufficient history. Live GAM history is not yet connected in the handover supplied to Hyperset.
